Now, you have the power to effortlessly schedule the publication of your Albums just like you do with News and Events. Imagine the convenience of planning your album releases to coincide with special events, ensuring your audience always has fresh and exciting content to engage with.
- Photo Deletion: Delete unwanted photos from your mobile app.
Our new Photo Deletion capability empowers designated users to review and delete photos directly from the mobile app, bypassing the need for the Admin Portal. This streamlined process not only saves time but also enhances the user experience by providing more control and flexibility. Permission is provided using User Type settings.
- Image Library: Enrich your app's newsfeed with fun "camp images", available by clicking "+ Stock Image" button on the edit screen for News, Events, and Albums. Simply select one of the stock images provided - images are designed exclusively for myCAMPapp and FREE for all clients.
- Videos: Enhance your app's Newsfeed with videos that play seamlessly. You must have the new version of the app installed for this feature to work. Videos must be hosted on Vimeo or YouTube.
- Calendar/Event List Upload: Easily showcase all your exciting events, themed days/weeks, field trips, and more on your app calendar with just one simple upload of your camp's schedule CSV. Access CSV template on the Events page (click Upload List button on upper right), complete the relevant fields, and upload effortlessly. Need a head start? We're happy to supply you with a list of 2024 events for a quick and simple edit from last summer's lineup.
- Batch Editing: Simplify your administrative tasks with our new batch editing feature. Now available on the Admin Portal's Users > View/Manage page, you can easily add or delete categories, set the User Type, or download records for selected users (i.e: parents, staff). Modify settings for multiple or all users at once, saving you valuable time and effort. IMPORTANT: batch editing Users' settings on theView/Manage page will not edit the Campers' settings. If you manage your list of Campers on the Admin Portal, be sure to go to the Users > Campers page and edit their settings. Note: Both Users and Campers can be edited together by uploading your CSV list.
- User List Upload: Simplify list syncing with the new option for custom formatting of the myCAMPapp User List CSV. If you use CampDoc, CampMinder, or CampBrain, you will be able to upload your roster report with zero format editing. Contact us now for hassle-free syncing.
- App Login: Looking to expand your app's reach? We've got you covered! With our latest update, you can now add multiple registration codes to your camp. These codes provide access to individuals who are not on your registration roster, such as grandparents, staff, and prospects. Each registration code can be assigned a specific access level, allowing you to tailor the experience for different "user groups". Contact us to set up your registration code(s).
- Admin Login: Experience enhanced flexibility in managing your Admin Portal access and app content curation with custom admin permission levels. Create a Photo Admin and grant access to only your Album management page for your camp photographers, or create a Group Leader Admin and grant them access to only the Check-In/Out module. For camps with an Umbrella App, facilitate management of your camps' app content with the options: "organization admin" access and "camp admin" access.
